Geoff Diego Litherland
When viewed through red/blue anaglyph 3D glasses the painted landscape remains flat; exposing its illusionary quality and the rest of the image, the space backdrop and supporting structure is 3D. The effect is quite strange, unlike any other 3D images, this also allows the image to work as a 2D one, as it’s not all distorted by the 3D effect.
